Phyllis is a native of the Pacific Northwest, having spent most of her young life in Salem, Oregon. While serving in the US Army, she was able to travel extensively in the United States, eventually settling in the Evergreen State, making Port Orchard, Washington her home since 1984.
In 1987, she graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and then began a welding apprenticeship at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, graduating first in her class after four years of training. While working as a weldor, she met and married Peter Tiernan.
The Tiernan's held a variety of income producing properties and her father-in-law, William, tutored her in managing the family real estate business. Phyllis enjoyed it so much, she decided to pursue a new career in real estate.
Involved in the industry since 1995, Phyllis draws on a wealth of personal expertise and is totally committed to her clients. She is well known for her commitment to excellence and professionalism and continues to learn and grow with every real estate transaction.
